Awoke at five minutes after midnight again, after my evening nap took me so hard and fast I don’t think I had any part in it. Yes, I was in bed, but details about getting in were hazy, spotty, not reliable.
First thing I saw was a website full of transcendentally deplorable bits that had me wondering if I shouldn’t just kill myself so I could stop being so hurt by all this interminable filthy and demoralizing news and commentary.
Second thing was an email from Hank tryna help me fathom the problem with the law and constitution being so NOT in agreement. Despair trying to ooze into my lungs and drown me. So I decided to just go back to bed.
I mean, I think I’m quite near addicted to my Revenge Dad playlists because it’s a vast stock of psychopaths getting what they deserve — excellent soporific droning and goodness pasting evil for spirits that need lifting from the constant drilling by these vicious freaks enough to fall asleep.
And more sleep, I did. Dreaming so hard and fast I awoke terrified I’d wet the bed from dreaming of peeing my brains out in some huge combo hospital ladies room and homeless encampment. But, thank heaven, my bed was dry and I could hobble to my toilet before any kind of accident.
Then a bit of terrible news that tickled me:
Almost immediately a mental image of a 737-load of verklempt Israeli passengers deplaning in Saudi made me laugh. No, I’m not proud of my reaction, just pleased to find the creeping despair had been wiped by the flood of dreams.
I’m sorry, a planeload of Israelis with ten pilots aboard spells F-A-L-S-E F-L-A-G and if you don’t believe me, first thing off the bat we’ve got Bibi insisting it was a dirty terrorist trying to splat all those INNOCENT Israelis against our planet.
