Rained pachyderms here for nearly five hours last night. It’s 71º in here with windows and doors wide open. A nap had taken me so hard and so fast that I missed most of the action. Rodents are scurrying around, looking for ways in. I hope the sunny weather forecast for this week convinces them it was a false alarm. It’s a LOT of work to be continually trying to sweep them out with a broom or frightening ’em enough to make ’em back off for a few minutes.
