It's been made abundantly clear to me that our real interest in Taiwan is the fancy ass chips they make. I'm also not certain I have this straight, but the whole deal seems to me to be they're the ones who actually manufacture the state-of-the-art chips WE design. Donald has one of their oligarchs lined up to build a factory here, and MAYBE that means we can stop being ASSHOLES about this China/Taiwan business.

No. The natural hierachy is an alignmentment of natural competence, of merit. You can't admire and defer to somebody because of the size of their bank account OR their army, you dipshit. You admire and defer to somebody because they're a solid human who gets your solidarity because they get along on this planet by doing their lives for ALL of us.
You're still worth as much as they are, it's just measured in other ways than money and muscle.
We keep laying back and letting humans turn into ACTUAL useless eaters... when ALL that is necessary is for them to WAKE UP, get their priorities right and keep them straight.
