Late last night I saw that the entire upper echelon would be ripped out and the remainder sent to State, but was worrying that State itself is at least as bad. Don't forget we got to read their cables some years back and they were stomach-churningly horrifying, and I don't know how on earth capable of fixing that Marco Rubio might be, but I'm pretty sure they're not going to let him wuss out on the task of turning that department into a constitutional and NOT slippery place.
It's too fundamental to being a decent country again.
