And it is just appalling how miserable it can get out there in no time flat. I had determined not to bitch about the rain coming back after getting nearly two weeks' respite from it, but... then they had to throw in the bone-numbing cold... goddammittall to heck.

It's colder'n snow right now, too. You know, like when you use ice water instead of plain ice to cool down your champagne? I'm the champagne and the world is the ice water. I'm going to try running the broiler to take the bite off.
