I think we should nix ALL the agencies and start from scratch. This regulatory "law" ain't law and they're too stinkin' big fer their britches. And the number of too-highly-compensated-for-what-they-do workers in them is staggering.
We can make Elon and Vivek hire them and pay them H-1B salaries until they start earning their slots.
