The picture of the suspect doesn't look right, but all that aside, one is sorely tempted to call "justifiable homicide". I think this highlights why we ought to go back and impeach Nosbaracktu retrospectively... maybe wipe every bill he ever signed from the books, arrest him for any one or all of his murders, lock him up and throw away the key.
