I drank my first cup of methylene blue last night. I don't know if it was coinkydink or a result, but I finally dropped and slept so hard my whole face was a slime crust this "morning" [1:45pm].
Now I gotta get to town for a haircut and groceries.
And I need to scrape myself off and brush my teeth still....
