Whenever I hear people pronouncing "Qatar" correctly. It sounds the most like the word "gutter" than anything combining a feline with a stringed instrument. I don't know how many times people need to be told. I'm just hoping they remember when they hear an expert speaking. I mean, maybe they're not exactly an expert when they can't pronounce that word correctly.
