Usually. Mark gets a bit ridiculas/maniacal with his opinions/predictions sometimes, but they come up on Tuesdays and Fridays with interesting snippets of our history and current events. It's helpful to get our heads out of the doom gloom enough to keep in the same vicinity with lucid.
