They are interchangable terms for "Straussian"... all originally liberals, and some, like the Clintons, also acolytes of Carol Quigley, once in positions of power put in together to run the world.
So, when Turd Blossom was boasting about our only option would be to document what they do, never to pre-empt them or even hold them accountable for it, most of us thought he was talking about Republicans. He was talking about Straussians.
People stay muddled about the driving force behind our abuse and dissatisfaction, can't seem to pry themselves from the team sports aspects of using wedges to divide and conquer. Nothing ever gets DONE. We stay in perpetual proof of Turd Blossom's snide pronouncement.
Seems to me the only progress we've made in our understanding of what just never stops happening to us is when we refer to the Uniparty. Well, now we have a Unity Party to counteract that. Yes, it's still, for expedience, mostly listed as Republican, but it's formally NOT just Republican in manifestation any longer.
It's conservatives and liberals choosing to work together on our million points of agreement while saving our disagreements for after we have accomplished the end of the Straussian Globalist Psychopaths.

I thought I'd kick back and listen with you, but soon became upset by what I was hearing. IT IS NOT THE ORIGINAL SERIES BY THE ESTEEMED ADAM CURTIS. It has been watered down, and whole swaths of liberal-exonerating crap packed in to replace the original punch in the face with bald truth.
So I have been looking all over for the original, which isn't, so far as I can find, if it exists still, labeled as such. I mean, I knew he'd taken out the part of the Democrats and Republicans who were devout students of Strauss, but I didn't realize there had been a complete overhaul of the entire original.
So I'm going to conclude that he did this at gunpoint.
MY point is that neocons and neolibs are the psychopathic children of Leo Strauss. He taught them to give the public a myth of goodness and it will keep us on the straight and narrow while they do whatever the hell they want.
Turd Blossom's Thousand Year Reich was not a partisan thing. It was a globalist psychopath thing.
Strauss may have had a point, but it failed to take into account humans who are actually moral and who actually think for themselves.
