It finally explains how the TMZ camera could get a bit of Crooks in their video. There's a sort of berm behind that building on which people were standing. Also explains how cops could be looking all over and having trouble finding.
Does NOT explain why the cops in the building behind it couldn't find him.
Also shows it's not very reasonable to suppose the first shots came from in the building below Crooks. The whole building seems set below grade. I don't even think someone could find Trump's head from down there.
Anyway, cops were running all around there in the minute before the shots.
