I had promised a friend to put on some rose colored glasses and hope for the American missing in the Donbass, that he was not killed by Ukrainian maniacs, and, of course, that Iran would settle for scaring the crap out of Israelis.
I slept like a kryptonite stone, and woke up to people freaking out about missiles on their way from Iran to Israel. Turns out they were lots and lots of drones, a measured response. Iran says it is a one-and-done retaliation for Israel having attacked their embassy in Syria and killed a bunch of Iranian diplomats and generals, well within international law. Of course, nobody's yet put Bibi Netanyahu into a coma, so it won't be the end of it probably until somebody does.
