I trust Pepe's sources on this. He's got ultra-good ones in Asia. All kinds of weird niggling and speculating going on and Ray MacGovern droning on about it. Seemed weird to EVERYONE, but at least Scott Ritter has cogent input on the story as told. So I'm inclined to think it WAS a nuke and it DID get shot down. It just was a small nuke and not actually going to be deployed from the far outer atmosphere. Deployed and detonated high enough so as to create an EMP in a certain area, but not high enough to keep from adding even more ionizing radiation into the "friendly" skies.
