After all the heinous travesties and slaughter, maybe they're starting to get serious about acting like decent humans. Still, flour sacks with symbolic blood is a tad weak... no way to make up for the decades and decades of horror, but I'd be impressed when they are physically hauling the genocidal maniacs to prison if they can't bring themselves to tear them limb from limb.
