Finding their prospects for starting WWIII continually stymied in every other direction, they are finally getting around to poking their filthy snouts into my VERY long-predicted Cold Cold War. I don't think they'll have any luck at that either, but, man, how I wish they would just slink back into their holes and hybernate for a few thousand generations or so... if we can't have forever.
