And there really isn't, they could simply send up a crew of cowpokes and herd those cows into trailers and bring them down and sell them. Despicable people. The cows aren't ruining ANYTHING. They roam around and graze, freely, every year. They improve the soil. And they lower fire danger. And they make beef cheaper.
