I think you should just subscribe to Alex's YouBube channel, and/or The Duran's. They talk about stuff you either don't hear anything about or about which you only get psychedelic spin. I mean, even if you can't pry yourself from your boob tube, or think it's not important what the world is up to, your mental acumen will be enhanced.
