Has updated today to make more sense.
A car was blown up in the Moscow region. It was preliminary established that the deceased was the daughter of public figure Alexander Dugin, Daria. The incident was reported by Telegram channels Baza and 112.There are links at the article that one can follow to better understand, assuming one knows how to do the machine translations... which are often not as informative as one might wish.
According to available information, the incident occurred near the village of Bolshie Vyazemy near Moscow in the Odintsovo urban district. The car Land Cruiser Prado was blown up, the owner of the car, Daria Dugina, who was in the cabin, allegedly died on the spot.
Earlier, the FSB of Russia detained two residents of Kherson - Andrey Serezhenka and Oleg Pronko, who confessed to organizing the explosion of the car of the head of the Department for the Execution of Punishments in the Kherson region Yevgeny Sobolev.
Sobolev's car was blown up on June 18 using an improvised explosive device. As a result, the head of USIN ended up in the hospital with a wound that did not threaten his life.
The FSB opened a criminal case against the detainees.
So, the short and short of it is that the Ukrainian suspects they seemed to be saying they'd apprehended in the Dugina murder, were apprehended before it took place and confessed to doing it to someone else. So we're still needing to wait for the investigation of Ms. Dugina's horrific demise.
