I have argued with Captain Janeway and Granny Fussbudget over their theory of a secret space program being financed by the many missing trillions in a secret banking system made necessary by certain nefarious moves by Truman and the immortal "intelligence" community in the late 40s.
We have that stuff funded in our black budget, for one, and even if they need more and don't want to be accountable to even one or two meretricious morons in congress, there are SO many other uses to which secret trillions can be put.
Like funding this shit. Pushbutton revolutions. Vast spy networks EVERYWHERE so they can get on top of it or in front of it before it can cause any uncomfortable breaks for freedom or, God forbid, truth. George Soros is not using his own money you know. Never has been.
