Not running for another term, and no matter what you think of her, it seems apparent that she has been the very least destructive female world leader of any we've had. The dream of having womanly world leaders for a softer, gentler planet has pretty well shown itself to be just that, a dream, but Angela has done the best job of not totally discrediting women in high office. And she has maintained a very good relationship with Putin for her entire tenure, despite insane pressures to do otherwise. So, I think she will be missed.
