And they're being opposed by the State Department, but this guy thinks it's to save face. No! It's their mission to FUBAR this to the greatest extent possible. They want to rule the world. Only way is to keep everyone demoralized and confused and outraged and fighting with each other while they keep changing the parameters at a pace that prevents us from getting it straight and DOING things about it. So, of course, State will try to stop them.
