And you don't need to eat your chickens. They're worth it for the eggs. I cannot eat eggs from the store anymore. Not even the so-called free range type. You get your own hens who eat a great diet and they repay you with the perfect food every goddam day, and you never get tired of it because it's soooo good and it satisfies you, makes you feel better and don't get hungry again for many hours.
The stores are nuking eggs [supposedly] to kill off germs, and so you put that together with the crap diet and antibiotics of factory hens and you get NO nutrients and not even a little eggy eggs.
Fuck that noise.
