I remember Brad being so vexed by the Democrats' failure to do anything — to even make assurances they'd never fulfill — after his big proud moment having lunch with Russ Feingold and being so stoked that his continued harping was finally being heard.
I suggested to him that there is a darn simple explanation for it, but he couldn't understand. I spelled it out. He was aghast... and guess what? He's been watching this whole time and has been stumping for the senile guy and his harpy sidekick.
