Nope. I was freaked out about the appallingly bad condition of the house, but I was MOST worried about the gas lines... let alone a gas main. One look at the brown line on the lawn from the leaking gas line to the house was all the confirmation I needed to get that those dozens of mini-quakes per day were no joke.
