First they made a whole bunch of "petty" crimes not worth arresting people for. Then they decided that charging poor people for bail was too mean. Then they started letting fuck tons of inmates out of prison. Big hairy deal about cooping up young people with screaming gonads and empty stomachs for two months. And now they're allowing — almost outright encouraging — riots and looting to go on everywhere for over a week.
It begins to look planned, don't it?
