To tell me about this today... from some call center, with a REALLY bad connection, and it took me a stupidly long time to get the message that I should make sure my insurer gives me a discount. I guess that was nice, but it was seriously aggravating to have some cold caller yimmering unintelligible gobbledegook and telling me to calm down. So I'm letting you know in case you've eluded this treatment so far. This is easier.
