But I love our troops. I know that the young soldier turned into the savior of southern Lebanon and has been trying to protect many people in the region from foreign aggressors. I even think it wasn't hard for him to help kill our troops because of his devotion to saving the defenseless against murderers and psychopaths.
But he did help kill them, and he was very likely going to continue to do it. I wish very much that we'd never done anything to make him feel the need. I'm even pretty sure our troops would do similarly to protect us, but I can't do without OUR heroes, and he had to go.
Whether Donald was duped into it by liars, or not, he did the right thing for our heroes.
