Quick blindness anecdote: I thought this was a picture of someone drawing a feather on a green background from an actual feather above it. Then I pulled my face up close to the monitor. My brain is turning everyone's faces into celebrities' faces again, too.
My brain still insists on SEEING until I get shitty and look out of one eye or the other. Then, even my ferocious brain says, "Okay. I can't see."
