I should add that this is SERIOUSLY fucked up. PG&E should have been FORCED to do better maintenance over the last few decades, but... that's not as profitable... and, of course, our governmental types will do, or not do, ANYTHING to avoid THAT.
So don't JUST take it out on PG&E.

These people deserve two by fours upside the head and they just keep getting MORE money and carte blanche to act like ever bigger jackasses. Guess whose duty it is to fix this circus act.
