What I'm contemplating at 7:30pm with all my doors and windows wide open is that it can be 72ยบ out when it's been heavy overcast all day. This was not at all unusual for LA or SD or even SB, but anywhere north of SF, it does not happen. It's happening right this now clear up here at the border with Oregon, and wildly more frequently than is even believable for someone with my amount of experience of place.
