For some reason this one makes me cry. I think it's because the darling little boy got millions of birthday cards from the people who won't do a better job making sure this doesn't happen. He was thrilled. He was thrilled before they poisoned him to death in their efforts to keep him alive.
Cell phones, and dirty electricity are both known causes of brain tumors, especially in children. There is good science on these and also good, but not "cost effective", ways to mitigate or eliminate the damage to living things by these modern conveniences. But, no, send the poor kid birthday cards.
