They kill you to put the fear in the rest of us. They never even have to pay for it... not that it would make it any better. Think of it, dammit. They get it.
They pay their goons with it.
In fact, they've taken so much it would buy everybody mansions and garages full of fancy cars. What are they doing with it? And why do you keep trusting them?
