I see them just offshore on the way to the grocery store sometimes... and sideways... and circular... and little blots. I saw one just offshore just north of Jenner, California once... along with an unmarked black helicopter flying below me. These screwy rainbows come semi-frequently and much lower than you'd expect ice crystals and not very near the poles at all. The one they caught over Blackpool, here, appears to be dropping off a chemtrail, no?
