Anyway, William W. Thompson, PhD, late of the CDC may end up having to pay for his recent attack of conscience with more than his job. He might be very near suicided. The bigger stink we can make about this, the better chance he has to live... and, if that doesn't matter to you so much, just remember that the greater chance he has of living is also a greater chance that others will finally unburden themselves of this kind of weight. The more people, at last, and no matter how late, choosing their love over their fear, the stronger our chances of making a decent world out of the horrific mess we've already made.
