A little. As I've mentioned many times here before, it's not fair to just leap on obscenely wealthy people for stuff that looks bad from the outsider's point of view. The pressure is immense... from the git... from the moment they hit the jackpot... however they hit it. In many ways they are as hogtied as the rest of us. For all the perks, there are penalties too. Including death. The psychopaths are killers... are "really good at killing people" and that includes their own. They're not yet totally graceless thugs. They usually try other things before they resort to the loss of suavity involved in suiciding someone, or tragic-accidenting someone, or just plain assassinating someone, but they get to it more and more quickly, and, obviously, take more and more early measures to rope people in more snugly. Better to pre-empt any possible renegades before they get the idea their wealth is their tool for freedom.
Their KMA cards are fully revokable.
