Only one place for it. I don't know if it's true anymore, but it was then. We had the best public schools in the world, and dirt cheap tuition for all Californians who wanted to attend any of our best universities in the world. Medi-Cal gave full coverage for all poor people. Perfectly maintained roads and bridges. Spectacular, and free, parks. And the best environmental protection laws in the world. None of that is true anymore.
