They are not all psychopaths. Yes, psychopaths generally are the ones who fight for control on the world stage, but, no, not every world leader got there out of lust for power. Some of them got there out of a sense of duty that comes with a certain vision for the welfare of their people. Fidel is absolutely one of those. Hugo was. Rafael and Evo are. Putin is. Che was. And someone like Gabriel García Márquez could well recognize that.
It has made me feel like spitting nails to keep seeing reports of President Ofascist eulogizing him as "Gabo". How dare that pig presume like that? He can't even have read his books. Who could read those books and go on to be a killer who brags about it? No one.
