I think Correa lost heart when they killed Chavez. There's some talk he may reconsider about not running again, but I think that's just talk. I don't like the negative feeling, and don't expect him to be suicidal, but the air has gone out of the Bolivarian Revolution. Unless someone in that alliance gets up and starts dazzling pretty soon, I think all hope of seeing conditions in South America turn around in our lifetimes is lost.
