I mean, I don't even know whether I should be frightened about radiation at all anymore, but have to default to the better safe than sorry gig where I just keep trying to do things to mitigate any radiation damage to my body. But I was, as you know, really starting to melt down over the failure of Alex Jones, Jeff Rense and, crikey, even John B to mention anything about the nukes dump off the Farallons leaking onto Mavericks and Surfers Beach and lort only knows where else. I guess they all got the message, even if not one of them deigned to respond with even one word, because they all finally shut the fuck up about it altogether.
Not okay.
And there are still idiots out there griping that this is a coverup, but something I noticed was that Alex's little mission to measure West Coast radiation levels yielded one report of elevated levels at the drive through tree in Laytonville... which didn't even exceed the danger level... didn't rise to the level of expert concern... and promising to report their readings all the way up to Seattle... and... wupps... silence....
Anyway, if you are like me you have ignored this site because it sounds like a place to buy geiger counters. Duh. No. It's got seriously heartening information on it. So I don't know about you, but I'm bookmarking it.

That would explain why none of the local news outlets bothered to mention the Farallons dump either.
