I mean, how other than forcibly would you sterilize a deer? Seems to me the wrong species is being sterilized here anyway. What a colossal waste of money! And there's every possibility the people are going to need the healthy deer population to survive. Every means of abandoning our abjection to psychopathy is being demolished.
