I am a total coffee fanatic, but I never liked these suckers... bad associations... hippies who fucked up all the time trying to get me to be their barista... needing a few cups of coffee to muster the right combination of patience and mental acuity to succeed at it... and coffee tasting radically better Turkish grind in a Melita drip. It doesn't goddam matter when it's ground as long as it wasn't more than a month ago or so. That's balderdash and it's waaaay easier and less jarring to just let the coffee company do it for you.
