A laudable effort, but kind of fuzzy....
I am glad he did it, and hope he does more, but I disagree entirely about what Charleston would look like if they were going to let off a nuke there. It would most definitely not be full of extra cops and military activity. Even if you want to argue that they do this stuff by flipping drills live. Not if they want to convince you. Not anymore. No way. They're psychopaths, but they aren't stupid.
Plus, beside the anniversary false flag we are all dreading being a good reason to stay nervous about this, whether it be Charleston or some other city or a ship over there, anywhere, anyone who hoped to pre-empt such a thing would make up the story in an effort to foreclose upon this particularly heinous tactic... make it so the public would immediately know it was a false flag... drive the bad guys into taking another tack... or even have to give up on it this time.
