All my windows and doors are open. It's raining. I'm scantily clad. Barefoot. My neighbor would shit her pants. This, I think, is the second time in a week it has rained this warm at night. This doesn't happen. Maybe it will rain a tad this late in the summer up here, but not this warm. I'm trying to think if it's been this warm all night, barely getting down to pleasant by dawn, in my whole life on the California coast. Maybe down in Stinson Beach a couple times, but not also raining. Has the ocean heated up? Is this going to put out the fires?
