Anyway, this morning, not long ago, I woke up to find my head being shoved into that your-mother-sucks-cocks-in-hell position by... by my own right hand. Said hand, in fact, was jackknifed back so far that it was what woke me. It had cut the circulation off backwards to the point where the pain was too intense to sleep through. Oddly enough, it seems to be working fine now.
After I did wake up is when my neck and ear and sinuses and lymph nodes started screaming at me. There seems to be a javelin been thrust through my right ear from a high angle so that it reaches into the back of my sinus and down my throat.
