I looked at this and immediately knew it was not the Hispanic vote that re-elected Cruella d'Obomber. No. It was the legions of bliss ninnies insisting he only feigns badness while keeping the depredations of the space lizards at a minimum. I realized this because, seriously, that is the only remotely human excuse for him here. It's not good enough for me, but that's their story and they're sticking to it.
