Ignore all the blather about them not being able to tell for sure. They can nail it down with multiple-choice screening tests. They can nail it down with imaging. This is the third millennium. The part you need to wrap your head around is that this is the desired mental posture for government employment, for rising in military and police and black op ranks, for climbing the corporate ladder. They do not want you if you are a good person, or a creative person, or even a hugely intelligent person, let alone a compassionate one. They don't care what skills you have.
If you just think back to what Michael said about the subconscious guilt thing, that should explain this both suicidal and genocidal behavior. Nothing that shines a light on their deficiencies should be allowed to live, let alone prosper, but before you go off patting yourself on the back for your many virtues, remember that you have not bothered yourself to so much as impede them.
I don't think I've managed more than four hours total sleep in the last couple three or four days. I'm sitting here finding tears in my eyes over just about every click of my mouse. I'm considering bashing myself over the head with a chill pill because, cathartic as all this duct-clearing may be, the space lizards call this loosh. Whether or not I want to take that term literally, it is a baaaad idea to give any more power to abusers. So unless adulthood finds a way to delay me, we might find me checking out here any minute.
