Except the part about soy. There is no soy that is not genetically modified. Do green beans and/or chickpeas or even peanuts instead. I don't do the oily fish thing either. Too expensive or too polluted. So I do flaxseeds instead. I put them in with my oatmeal. Also, it doesn't have to be cherries. Blueberries are just as good. Blackberries, raspberries too. Anyway, for as big a wreck as I am, I'm pleased to have this confirmation that I'm eating right.
