It isn't exactly that we are just now eating candy-fed beef. It is that we have been eating that for quite some time. It is that unless you have the money to procure for yourself things like free range chicken, grass-fed beef, fruits and vegetables grown from "heirloom" seed, you are incapable of avoiding poisoning yourself to death... or just plain starving yourself to death while eating more than just about anyone in the third world.
