At the start I'm given some good ideas about why bed is so often a psychedelic experience for me. All these seemingly physical experiences that aren't what you would call going on here....
Many people need to feel more literal about reincarnation in order to have any courage, any motivation to do better. So this whole interview might be of some benefit. But I don't understand why it isn't good enough to do whatever it takes to realize who you are and proceed on that basis.
